It was actually the doctor’s idea to have us come in and talk over what our next steps should be with him in person instead of just continuing to throw medications at the “problem.” My husband and I were so grateful that he spent the time with us explaining what testing had been done so far and why and what he felt we should do next. It was a pleasant surprise to not feel rushed and he was very patient with us and all our questions. Then, when we were done, we didn’t have a charge for an office visit. That has NEVER happened with any place in the past where we’ve taken our many animals over the years. All staff we’ve dealt with at both the Washington location and their McMurray facility have been wonderful. We would highly recommend them.”
